Return Policy

General Information:

Before purchasing, please review size description and refer to the images of the piece on the model. All pieces are true to size. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

 

All Sales Are Final:

All sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for faulty items as outlined below.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Exchanges are not accepted unless the product is deemed faulty. Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless otherwise specified. Items must be returned in original condition with packaging and tags. Discounted/sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items not meeting original condition may be refused.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers cover shipping costs for any returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Staiin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered returns.

 

Faulty Items:

For faulty, incorrect, or missing items, contact info@staiin.world  within 14 days with photos and your order number. If deemed faulty, a refund and return shipping costs will be provided. Returns may be refused if damage is caused by the customer. Tarnished or dirty items will not be accepted.

 

Production & Shipping Disclaimer

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, each item is made to order. As such, we kindly ask for a production time of up to 3 weeks before your order is shipped. Once your order has been completed, you will receive tracking information to follow its journey. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we craft your one-of-a-kind piece with the utmost care and attention to detail.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

As all of our products are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you have any concerns or questions about your order, please reach out to us at info@staiin.world as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. We appreciate your understanding and support of our handcrafted process.

Staiin respects your privacy. Personal details are securely stored and used only for communications related to Staiin. Information is never shared with third parties.
